Separately issued steel-plate map that is beautifully colored and engraved with very fine detail. Extends into Scotland to Perthshire north of the Firth of Fourth. A very handsome and scarce issue. Slater was an engraver and publisher in Manchester and was the successor to Pigot.

Dark, lovely impression and fine, bright original coloring. Mounted on linen, as issued. Tiny fold intersection split, very light scattered foxing and a little light offsetting, else very good.
