Very finely engraved map on Mercator's Projection and centered on the Pacific Ocean. Australia is Nouvelle Hollande and is completely blank in the interior with just a few place names on the coast. Tasmania is separate. Antarctica shows up as a short strip of coast directly below South America and is labeled Nouvelle Shetland. Brue's embossed seal and keyboard-style border.
