Dated 1865, but issued with the 1866 Annual Report of the Commr. Genl. Land Office. Development is limited to the coastal regions. Color-coded to locate silver, gold, copper, lead and coal. Very sparse settlement with just a few towns including Seattle, Vancouver, Walla Walla, and Olympia. Steven's proposed railroad route is shown. First edition in original color.

Condition: B

Backed with linen and close binding trim, both as issued. Toned along fold and scattered foxing. Small splits along folds repaired with linen tape on verso.
