Appealing bird's-eye view of the city with its fortifications, lighthouse, cathedral and numerous ships in the harbor; many under full sail and some with canons firing. Key at bottom to all the major buildings. Still bound into the original April 1747 issue with related article. Includes a second map as originally bound in: "A Plan of Breda with the Adjacent Counties by T. Jeffreys…" (10 x 8.2") (GENT-50).
