Folding map between embossed boards titled " New Township Map of the State of Missouri." First issued in 1851 and here updated. Colored by county and very detailed. Table comparing the 1840 and 1850 census at left. Surrounded in a lovely floral border.

Toned on some folds with some spotting. A few separations on folds, easily repaired and without loss. Covers rubbed and slightly stained.
