This superb bird's-eye view of Venice give incredible detail of the buildings, canals, and bridges. The waters are teeming with boats of all types and sizes. The view includes the islands in the Venetian Lagoon and is adorned with the coat of arms of the Republic of Venice. Printed on two sheets, joined as issued.

Condition: A
A dark impression on watermarked paper with a hint of toning along the left-hand fold and light damp stains primarily confined to the top and bottom blank margins. There are a few tiny tears along the edges of the sheet and remnants of hinge tape on verso.
