This small booklet was issued by Wells Fargo "for its patrons who do not wish to be hampered with a guide book, but desire some brief general information to help them in their way about San Francisco." The 44 pages of text cover all the basics for the tourist including descriptions of hotels, restaurants, transportation, places of interest, tours, and more. Pasted to the rear wrapper is a small colored Map of the City of San Francisco California (11.3 x 8.4") that presents the entire street grid pattern of the city, locating the Panama-Pacific Exposition Grounds as well as Wells Fargo Offices "where Travelers Checks can be Cashed or Purchased, Packages Sent, etc." The verso features a detailed map of the Exposition Grounds, including the location of the Wells Fargo exhibit and office. Second edition. Brown paper wrappers.
