Beautifully and densely engraved map of the Baden-Wurttemberg region. Locates Basel, Seckengen, Kayserstuht, Schafhausen, Rotweil, Freyburg, Altbrisach and many more large fortified towns. Filled with scores of villages, extensive watershed, and topographical details. The distance scale and legend appear along the bottom of the map. The large, decorative title cartouche features a Roman soldier and a hunter with a fallen deer.
