Small woodblock map of the continent excluding the Horn of Africa and the Cape of Good Hope, and concentrating on the many kingdoms of Central and North Africa. It depicts the Nile's origins in twin lakes located near the Motes Lunae. On a sheet of French text with a woodcut illustration on the verso of the wild animals purportedly found on the continent (including a unicorn).
