Handsome small map with north oriented to the right. It shows the western half of the country including the present-day provinces of North and South Holland, Utrecht, and part of Zeeland and Brabant. Opposite of the Zuyder Zee (now I Jsselmeer) is part of the Province of Friesland. Inset of the Waddenzee and the islands off the northern coast. Embellished with several sailing ships, three fine compass roses, a coat of arms and title cartouches.
