A really fine and beautiful example of this atlas. Complete with all maps in generally very good condition. Binding and signatures tight. End papers lightly toned, some light scattered foxing visible on back of maps, not evident from map side. Full leather binding with gold embossing on covers and spine, gold tooling at inside edge. Some rubbing to corners and spine at top and bottom. Heavy gilt on all three edges. Fine marbled end papers. This larger atlas is rarely seen in this condition. A great addition to any atlas collection.
