Impressive, large map of northern India, on two joined sheets. It was drawn by James Rennell F.R.S., Surveyor General of India, and engraved from the original drawing in the Possession of the East India Company. Due to the size of the map, it includes a great amount of detail and shows roads and military outposts. Large title cartouche includes a river god, leopard, and several native people.
