Handsome engraving of 4 people in native costume, one holding a massive bronze shield and sword. A rough translation of the subtitles is "in the Province of Pegu where much gold, diamonds and rubies are found; illustrations of the Indian inhabitants of the Moluccas". A scarce, early engraving from Linschoten's important work that exposed the Portuguese East Indies to the rest of Europe and opened the way for further exploration.
