Based on Delisle's map, this polar projection covers from the South Pole to the equator. The voyage of Bougainville and Cook's first voyage are noted. New Zealand is completely depicted, and the coasts of Australia are beginning to become more defined. Engraved by Zuliani with lettering by Pitteri.
