It includes a List of Cartographers, containing 1500 names, and an extensive bibliography. This is the second edition, revised and enlarged by R.A. Skelton. 312 pp., 26 color plates, 132 b/w plates, plus 76 illustrations in the text. Hardbound in blue cloth with dust jacket.
