"[Lot of 40 - Strip Road Maps Produced by the Automobile Club of Southern California]", Automobile Club of Southern California

A nice collection of 40 early single-card strip road maps. Most of the maps have dates on the back and include 24 from 1925. Many involve routes within California, including 5 of the National Old Trails Road. An additional 13 single-card maps are from 1929-32 for routes within Western Canada. Two maps from 1932 and 1933 show Glacier National Park, including an unusual double page folding strip map of the Park. The final map shows Spokane to Granite. Surprisingly, none of the Canadian and Glacier maps were listed in OCLC.
