A panoramic view of the city of Dijon, located in the heart of the Burgundy wine region. The town is well protected within high walls and several farmers can be seen in the surrounding countryside. A numbered key at bottom lists 25 important locations including the famous church Notre Dame. Printed on two sheets, joined.

A sharp impression on paper with a large coat of arms watermark, some printer's ink residue at bottom center, and a few scattered spots of foxing.
