This title page appeared on the English edition of Mercator's Atlas Minor, which was published under the title Historia Mundi or Mercators Atlas by Michael Spark and Samuel Cartwright. The title page centers on Atlas, who represents Learning, who is flanked by figures representing History and Geography. Atlas stands atop three figures labeled Riot, Sloth and Oblivion. At the four corners are figures representing the continents of Europe, Asia, America and Africa. Engraved by George Glover.
