Very detailed map that features the walled and fortified city of Frankfurt. Large inset at top "Prospect der Stadt Hanau gegen Mittag anzusehen" is a fine bird's-eye panorama of the fortified town. A legend locates and names 21 important buildings in Hanau. Title cartouche is surrounded by mythological figures including Mercury. Engraved by A. Schneider.
