This attractive and detailed map of Manhattan extends from the Battery to 133rd Street in Harlem. The city is shown in block format with streets named, along with docks and parks. Central Park is prominently depicted with numerous ferries linking Manhattan to Brooklyn and New Jersey. Issued on thin, banknote-style paper.

Issued folding with light scattered foxing, minor creasing, and a 1.5" edge tear at left that has been closed on verso with archival tape. Narrow top margin as issued with a few tiny separations and edge tears confined to the decorative border.
