This map is a result of the Geological Survey of New Jersey and is based on triangulations from the U.S. Coast & Geodetic office. On a scale of 5 miles per inch, the map shows counties, towns, roads, railroads, light houses, and life saving stations. The map displays particularly good detail of the street grid pattern of the larger cities in the vicinity including New York, Trenton and Philadelphia. Lithographed by Julius Bien.
Issued folding with attractive color. There are a few tiny splits at fold intersections and faint toning along the folds.
