This handsome map is filled with information on towns, political boundaries, rivers, archbishoprics, universities, and more. The map extends to include Belgium, Luxembourg, and parts of Britain, Germany, Switzerland, and Italy. The decorative title cartouche features the royal coat of arms, angels, merfolk, and sea monsters. An alternate Latin title appears above the map: "Galliae Regnum in Omnes Suas Provincias Accurate Divisum, ad usum Serenissimi Burgundiae Ducis."

A nice impression with original color, minor soiling, and a long centerfold separation at bottom that has been archivally repaired. A small worm track in the border at bottom right has been closed on verso with old paper.
