A. School Atlas to Cumming's Ancient and Modern Geography Improved, by George J. Ordway, published 1830 (9.4 x 11.9"). Seven engraved and well colored maps, both single and double page. Includes a double-page world map and singe-page North America. Missing the United States map. This uncommon atlas was published by Collins & Hannay, New York. Condition: The covers and the world map are water stained, the remaining maps have occasional foxing and pencil notations. (B)

B. Atlas, Designed to Illustrate the Malte-Brun School Geography..., by Samuel Griswold Goodrich, published 1833 (8.8 x 11.3"). Complete with sixteen full and double-page maps plus five tables. The map of the Untied States has a huge Missouri Territory and an oversized Arkansas Territory with its western boundary extending to Mexico at the edge of the panhandle of Texas. Texas is named. Oregon Territory extends from Mexico northward well into Canada and from the Pacific to the Continental Divide at Missouri Territory. Condition: Minor soiling and occasional spots of foxing in the maps. Covers stained. (B+)

C. Atlas, Designed to Illustrate the Malte-Brun School Geography..., by Samuel Griswold Goodrich, published 1837 (8.9 x 11.1"). Includes fifteen of sixteen double-page maps plus five tables (missing the United States map). This geography is identical to the above 1833 version in content and condition. (B+)
