Simple woodblock map showing the ancient regions within Asia Minor including Mysia, Ionia, Galatia, Capadocia, Lycaonia, Pamphylia, Armenia, Cilicia and Lycia. A large sea monster lurks in the Mediterranean off the island of Cyprus. The map is on a full sheet of German text (8. x 13"), with more text and several decorative engravings on the verso.
