This map shows the planned inland light draft navigation system from West Galveston Bay, through Chocolate Bay and Lost Bay, to Chocolate Bayou. The map is filled with soundings and delineates the proposed route. The map is credited to Captain C.S. Riche Corps of Eng'rs, U.S. Army, S.M. Wilcox, Asst Engr, and H.J. Condron Draftsman. The map is accompanied by a disbound 8-page report describing the examination and survey of Chocolate Bayou.
