Includes the cities of Douai, Lille and Tournai, details the course of numerous rivers, and names hundreds of villages. The title cartouche is surrounded by a female figure and several cherubs holding the coats of arms of Lille (fleur-de-lis) and Flanders (black lion), among others. English text on verso.
