This decorative map covers from Mexico City to Panama and extends to include part of Cuba. Cozumel is named, as is the island of Grand Cayman. L. de Nicaragua is presented on an east-west orientation. The map is ornamented with a lovely cartouche surrounded with cherubs and exotic fruit, and five ships sail the sea.

There is some faint offsetting and a small repaired hole just below the ship closest to the cartouche. The centerfold has been repaired with tissue on verso.
