A lovely view of the Paradise Daphne, today's Harbiye and a suburb of Antioch (Antakya), created on the basis of classical sources, including Ammianus, Strabo and Philostratus. According to mythology, Apollo attempted to make the wood nymph Daphne his lover here. Latin text on verso
