A most attractive sheet containing a map of ancient Switzerland, plus six scenes of historical events in Switzerland. The legend of William Tell is illustrated on oe panel with the unlucky apple-topped boy unwillingly roped to the tree. On a full sheet (17.6 x 13.8" ) with French text at sides.

Condition: B+

A good impression with faint centerfold toning and a few spots in the text. The lower, blank margins have a couple short tears, well away from the map.
