The first state of this early map of Connecticut and Long Island Sound, filled with detail on the early counties, roads and towns. The courthouses and places of worship are denoted by either a small building or a circle. This was drawn by A. Anderson and published by J. Low.

Condition: B+

Nice impression on a sheet with folds as issued, now flattened. There is some faint offsetting.
