Early and very detailed steel engraved map of Florida with delicate wash and outline coloring. The western panhandle from Apalachicola is shown in an inset on the same scale. The southern half has early county lines, but is virtually empty of settlement. This part is bisected by a "passage for small boats across the Everglades as reported by the Indians." Locates Cape Canaveral, Indian villages, forts and the Everglades. Keyboard style border. Published by Edward Stanford in London.
