An attractive pair of 19th century plans of Oxford.
1) City and University of Oxford is filled with coats of arms and enhanced with with two views at the bottom: Christ Church College and view of the City of Oxford seen from the north. This was created by Thomas Moule, circa 1840 in London (7.3 x 9.7").
2) This plan of Oxford was created by J. W. Lowry for the Weekly Dispatch Atlas, circa 1855. The plan identifies 66 locations via the key at left. (12 x 8.6").
