Superb map depicting the theatre of the Russo-Turkish War in the Ukraine in 1735-39. It provides excellent detail of the fortifications including the Ukrainian line - a system of defenses from the Dnipro to the Donetz rivers. Richly adorned in Seutter's bold style with two cartouches and a compass rose.
