The second covers south-central Asia from the Mediterranean through Burma, focusing on the Persian Empire. The third map describes the region north and east of the Caspian Sea, and the final map covers the northwest part of Africa and the Straits of Gibraltar. Each map measures (11.75 x 8 ") and is graced by an elaborate, scenic cartouche. The sheet is (24 x 17.7").
These maps have really amazing original color with minor oxidation.
