Based on the cartography of Nicholas Sanson, this interesting regional map focuses on the area around Krakow. Decorated with an unusual title cartouche featuring a circle of armor, arms and cherubs flanking the eagle of Poland.

A lovely impression printed on strong paper with a rosary watermark. One short repaired tear in upper blank margin.
