Very detailed pocket map that provides a detailed view of New York city with the New Jersey and western Long Island suburbs. Folds into original cloth covers with gilt titling with title page and 6 pp listing of cities, villages and post offices in New York and New Jersey with a key to map. Very fine paste down ad for Bridgeman on inside cover indicates the firm was established in 1828.
