Early and very nice tourist booklet of "The Queen City of the Plains." Published by O. O. Howard, Jr. Collier & Cleveland Lith. Co. Oblong 8vo., pictorial wrappers, 25pp. Illustrations of streets, buildings, residences and a bird's eye view of Denver, with text on facing pages. Twenty-four unnumbered pages of illustrations done in a combination of techniques. The main view is engraved while the surrounding frame is either lithographed, gravure or collotype. A few pencil notes in the borders of illustrations, i.e., Ashland School, "Bertha goes here". A great booklet.

Contents are very good to fine. Front covers with a couple small spots. Spine and rear cover with a few chips and a short tear.
