"The Middle States and Western Territories of the United States including the Seat of the Western War", Brookes, Richard

This little map has several interesting errors resulting from the misplacement of several state boundaries. Chicago and Fort Dearborn are correctly located on Lake Michigan, but they are not shown to be in Illinois. The map illustrates the region involved in the Western War, referring to the campaigns fought on the western frontier during the War of 1812.
