1) "Map of the Rail-Roads of the State of New York Prepared under the Direction of William B. Taylor" by S.H. Sweet, Weed, Parsons & Co., Albany, 1864, 29 x 23.5". Map covers northern Pennsylvania, all of Connecticut, Massachusetts and Vermont and shows all the canals, as well as the railroads throughout the region. Highlighted by a vignette of a steam locomotive train and decorative border featuring eagle crests. List shows the length of each railroad. It is interesting to note that this must be an early 1864 edition as the Oil Region in northwestern Pennsylvania is not shown.

2) "Profiles of the New York State Canals and Feeders Showing the Elevations of the Same above Tide Water and the Junction of the Lateral Canals with the Erie" by C. Van Benthuysen, Albany, 1865, 39.5 x 24". A detailed and comprehensive map that includes a large inset map of New York and neighboring states, plus numerous tables of details on other canals. Printed in blue. Two minor tape repairs, toning along folds.

3) "Map Shewing Location of Junction Canal (The connecting link between the New York & Pennsylvania Canals)" by S. H. Sweet, 1865, 24.5 x 15". Sheet covers the area along the Chemung River that shows the towns of Elmira, Low Manville, Wellsburg, and Chemung. Printed in blue ink.
