Hardbound in brown cloth, 214 pp., plates, five large folding maps in rear pocket. Maps include: Triangulation in Eastern and Central New York; Primary Triangulation in the State of New York; Sketch of the Triangulation of the Hudson River from Troy to Albany; Sketch of the Triangulation of the Hudson River from Albany to New Baltimore; and Sketch of the Triangulation of the Hudson River from New Baltimore to Hudson. Historically important survey with maps in remarkable condition.

Covers a little rubbed and a few spots, generally very good as are the contents. The first two folding maps are fine, third is good due to light toning; the last two are very good.
