Nice group of maps showing Oceania and the East Indies. 1) "The Pacific Ocean including Oceanica with its several divisions, Islands, Groups &c." 1850 (15.8 x 12.5") by S.A. Mitchell, published by Thomas, Cowperthwaite & Co. 2) "Map of Oceanica, exhibiting its Various Divisions Island Groups &c" 1860 (13.5 x 10.5") published by S.A. Mitchell. 3) "Oceanica" printed color (11 x 9") anonymous, circa 1880. 4) "Sketch Map of the Dutch Possessions, in the Indian Archipelago" (16 x 11.5") published in London by A. Fullarton, circa 1840. This last map details today's Indonesia.
