An interesting guide book filled with scores of maps of cities, regions and tours with driving and distance information. In the rear is a large printed color map (30 x 21") titled "A.C.A. Associated Tours Promoted by The Automobile Club of America" that lists 300 hotels that have been "carefully inspected." On the verso is another map titled "United Hotels Tour" with small vignettes of numerous hotels. Paper pictorial covers in color, 104 pp. Filled with many articles and many illustrated advertisements including many auto related. Articles include tips on getting the most from motoring, lists of High Class garages, motoring laws by state, and much more. A detailed description of a new numbering system for roads developed by the Highway Department of New England and the New England Hotel Men's Association. A fine booklet related to early automobile highways and tours. We found no references for this unusual piece.
