Terrific map of Manhattan and parts of Williamsburg and Brooklyn. Manhattan is shown in great detail up to 37th Street. Locates ferry routes, docks, and names all streets. Tables at sides index over 200 important public buildings, hotels and churches. Decorative borders surround this attractive plan.

Condition: B

Nice impression with original pastel coloring. Browning and chipping to margins, with several marginal tears, one just into border. The paper is starting to become brittle and would benefit from proffessional backing.
