Complied and drawn by Reeder & Helmick Surveyors & Draughtsmen, Helena, Mon., 300 Feet to the inch. Lithographed by Harrison & Smth [sic.], Minneapolis, Minn. A terrific and rare street plan of Helena. Details all streets, parks, schools, and individual lots, both business and residential, many with property owner's names. Locates several railroads including the Northern Pacific, Helena & Red Mountain, and the Montana Central plus the Red Mountain Branch line of Montana Central. Yale Library reportedly has a copy of this map, we find no other references to this rare issue. Folding into original paper covers, which are in very good condition. Cover states "Compliments of French & Pyfer. Rooms Nos. 11 and 11 1-2 Third Floor, Pittsburg Block, Helena, Mont." Cover was printed by Williams, Thurber & Co., Printers, Helena.
