The former is from the Surveyor Generals Office Tallahassee Oct. 1841, (22.5 x 10"). Good detail and information on survey progress in the Panhandle. The latter is a highly detailed plan with much topographical information. Locates Cumberland Island and numerous rivers in the area. From a Trigonometrical Survey under A.D. Bache. Original survey by Capt. J.H. Simpson and Lieutenant A. W. Evans, topography by A.M. Harrison and resurvey of the bar by C.O. Boutelle in 1862. Size (31.5 x 24.5").

Condition:

Former is very good (A) with just a hint of toning on one fold. Latter is good (B) with light toning on some folds and a few short fold intersection splits.
