Boldly engraved map that is filled with information. Locates scores of rivers and lakes, and hundreds of villages and towns. Shows dozens of fortified cities including Berlin, Bremen, Hamburg, Osnabruck, Minden, Magdeburg, etc. Very large and decorative title cartouche features a female archer with her dog, other mythological figures, plus the abundance of the region in food and wild game. Second cartouche with two distance scales.

Lovely impression and coloring on thick paper. Narrow margins just touching neatline at lower right, as issued. Short centerfold splits at top and bottom, close on verso.
