Very decorative set of maps that cover the Mediterranean coastline. Includes the Pyrenees Orientales, Aude, Herault, Gard, Bouches du Rhone and Var. Nice was at the time part of Sardinia as the river Var formed France's eastern border. Each surrounded by finely engraved vignettes, uncolored as issued. Size approximate for each.
