Two plan-views of the Portuguese sugar colonies in Brazil during the Dutch invasion in 1630. The upper view shows the town of Olinda with two figures in the foreground displaying a cloth on which are displayed the key with fourteen building names. Below an offshore view shows the Dutch fleet attacking the harbor and fort. An uncommon issue.
