Partie de Turquie en Europe, by Nicolas Sanson, circa 1695, outline color, (9.5 x 7.2"). Despite the title this small map is of Greece, including the islands in the Aegean and Crete. Ornamented with a strapwork title cartouche. Engraved by A. d' Winter. Turquie en Europe, by A. Mallet, from a German edition of Description de l'Univers, circa 1686, BW, (4 x 5.7"). This little map covers the entire region showing the mountains and rivers, but no place names. Decorative cartouche.
