A very attractive copper-engraved map of the Americas with three cartouches and a compass rose. The Island of California has an indented northern coast with Agubela de Cato just to the north of the island. A partial coastline of New Zealand appears beside the title cartouche.

Condition: A

Crisp impression and original color. Lightly toned with a small smudge in the Pacific. Ink spot and expertly repaired small tear in blank margins.
